Shipping Policy

PixelPress sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery times and no customs fees.

1. How you receive your order
All mockup packages are delivered as a digital download. Right after your payment is confirmed:
- a download link appears on the order confirmation page, and
- the same link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

2. Delivery time
Delivery is instant in most cases. Some payment methods take longer to confirm, so it can occasionally take up to 24 hours before your download link arrives.

3. Delivery cost
Delivery is free. You only pay the price of the package shown at checkout.

4. Where we deliver
Because our products are digital, we deliver worldwide. All you need is an internet connection and a valid email address.

5. Didn't receive your download?
Please check the following first:
- your spam, junk or promotions folder;
- that the email address used at checkout was spelled correctly.

If you still can't find it, email us at faynhal@atomicmail.io with your order number and we will resend your download link.

6. Problems with your files
If a file won't download, won't open or appears to be damaged, contact us at faynhal@atomicmail.io with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will send you a working copy.

7. What you need to use the files
Depending on your package, the files open in Canva, Adobe Photoshop (or a compatible editor) and/or Figma. Please check the product page before buying to make sure you have the right software.
