Terms of Sale

1. Seller
These terms of sale apply to all purchases made on this website, operated by:

By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products
PixelPress sells packages of digital mockup templates for Canva, Adobe Photoshop (PSD) and Figma. The contents of each package, the file formats and the license are described on the product page. All products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

You are responsible for having the software needed to use the files (a Canva account, Adobe Photoshop or a compatible editor, and/or a Figma account).

3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. [Or: "VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code."] There are no delivery costs. The price charged is the one shown at checkout at the time of your order. We may change our prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Ordering
To order, choose a package, go to checkout, enter your details and pay. Your order is confirmed when payment is accepted. You then receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a payment problem or suspected fraud.

5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

6. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, a download link is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Delivery is usually instant and can take up to 24 hours with some payment methods. If you have not received your link, contact us at faynhal@atomicmail.io with your order number. 7. Right of withdrawal
Under the French Consumer Code, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.

By placing an order and requesting immediate access to the files, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available.

8. Refunds and faulty files
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once the files have been made available, except where required by law.

If a file is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at faynhal@atomicmail.io with your order number. We will send a working replacement. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

9. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). To use these guarantees, contact us at the address above.

10. License
The mockup files remain the intellectual property of PixelPress. Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them as follows:
- Basic Starter: personal and small-business use.
- Silver: commercial use for one brand.
- Gold, Basic Gold and Silver Premium: commercial use by one user.
- Gold Duo: extended commercial use by up to two users, including client projects.

With any license you may use the mockups to present, promote and sell your own designs and products. You may not resell, share, redistribute or give away the mockup files themselves, whether modified or not, or include them in another template or mockup product.

11. Updates
Where a package includes free updates (6 months, 12 months or lifetime, as stated on the product page), updated files are made available to you at no extra cost during that period.

12. Liability
We are not liable for problems caused by incompatible software, incorrect use of the files, or internet or equipment failures on your side. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

13. Personal data
We process your personal data to handle your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints

15. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
